a) Involve fire fighters in stablishingdoctrine.

b) Aimed at protecting fir-fighters andpeople not focusing on correcting legalconflicts.

c) Simple, adaptable to reality, boostingfreedom to act/operate.

6. Flexibility in data protection legislation in asituation of crisis to extract usefulinformation.
